The Greater Kansas City Chi Omega Alumnae Association is a fabulous group of women from the Kansas City area, dedicated to making a difference and having fun doing so. The group is a resource for local chapters and sisters, we fund and award scholarships to Chi Omegas from the KC area, and we get together throughout the year for exciting social events. Whether you are a young alum who just moved to the area or an established KC native, we can't wait to welcome you to your organization. It's RIF Season

Fall Recruitment is upon us! Here are a few tips on writing a RIF.

#1 - Submit your RIF on EveryDayChiOmega.com

#2 - Don't Wait: Submit your RIF as soon as possible. Chapters are already looking at and considering PNMs.

#3 - The more information you can provide, the better! Upload a photo of the PNM, upload a copy of their resume, include as much detail as possible in the form fields to "sell" your PNM and help the chapters match each PNM with compatible Actives.
